This fall, the Winston-Salem State Rams basketball program welcomes Tim Wells to its coaching staff. With a strong knowledge of the game at every level, Wells will be a welcome addition to the WSSU family.

Wells begins his coaching career at Winston-Salem State after a decade of coaching at the high school and AAU levels in addition to conducting several camps and clinics overseas.

As a player, Wells has extensive experience at both the collegiate and international levels. Wells had a great career as professional playing in Australia, Germany, Indonesia, Ecuador, and Africa. He also enjoyed a stellar career at N.C. State (1997-00) where he earned four letters and was named co-captain of the Wolfpack for two seasons.
