Personal: Erica joins the Lady Rams volleyball team this fall...A native of Laurinburg, NC, she is a 2007 graduate of Scotland High School...She earned four letters in volleyball for the Pied Pipers and led the team to a pair of conference championships in her junior and senior seasons with a combined record of 47-3 over those two seasons...She also earned letters in basketball and softball...She was also named to the AB honor roll several times...The daughter of Robin and Alexander Cole...An Elementary Education.
