Women's Cross Country Jeptolo Caps Season with First Place Finish at Erskine Invitational10/11/07 DUE WEST, SC - Winston-Salem State junior Irene Jeptolo kept up her winning ways when she took first place at the Erskine Invitational Thursday afternoon. With the first place finish Jeptolo capped a fantastic 2007 season in which the junior won four of six races and placed in the top ten in each race of the season. Story. Jeptolo finished the 5K event in a time of 18:16.61 to lead the Lady Rams in the event and extended her streak of top ten finishes to eight dating back to last season. Story.
